Описание

The DS2411R+T&R is a low cost silicon serial number with VCC input in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This device generates unique, factory lasered and tested 64bit electronic registration number with external power supply (8bit family code (01h), 48bit serial number and 8bit CRC tester). It provides an absolutely unique identity that can be determined with minimal electronic interface (typically, a single port pin of microcontroller). Data is transferred serially through Maxim 1-wire protocol. The external power supply is required which extends the operating voltage range of device below typical 1-wire devices. The DS2411 is used in PCB ID and authentication, peripheral ID and control, accessory identification, equipment registration, module identification, network reference design, license management and node identification.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Active supply current of 100µA and standby supply current of 1µA
• Built-in multidrop controller enables multiple DS2411 to reside on common 1-wire network
• Multidrop compatible with other 1-wire products
• 8bit family code identifies device as DS2411 to the 1-wire master
• Directly connects to single port pin of a microprocessor and communicates at up to 15.4Kbps
• Overdrive mode boosts communication speed to 125Kbps
