This CV regulation minimizes the overshoot and undershoot of the output voltage in line and load transient conditions. The FL7740 PWM controller features a wide universal input range, low standby power, pulse-by-pulse current limit, overload protection, sensing resistor short, and open protection. onsemi FL7740 PWM controller offers less than 0.3W standby power for smart lighting applications. The FL7740 PWM controller has a power factor higher than 0.9 at high-line and half-load condition by enabling PF optimizer for wide output power scalability.
