IDC Speedbloc
The Speedbloc® connector system comprises ranges of insulation displacement connectors; cable mounting sockets with mating PCB mounting plugs, edge connectors, d.i.l. and transition connectors, 'D' connector plugs and sockets. Used in conjunction with the Speedbloc®. IDC ribbon cable they allow quick, simple and cost-saving cable assemblies to be made, in addition to enabling the user to add to, or extend existing ribbon cable systems using any universal IDC tooling. For further information refer to each product. To assist manufacture of PCB's use single symbol etch resist transfers. See PCB's and Prototyping Systems section.
