TB627 LED Lighting DriversToshiba TB627 LED Lighting Drivers are large-current LED drivers with integrated DC/DC controllers for backlighting in white LEDs. The TB62777 devices offer a high-intensity input voltage range from 4.75V to 40V and dimming control. The TB6278 7-segment drivers provide a compact, multifunctional solution with an option to drive 32 individual LEDs. TB62763 consists of a step-up type DC/DC converter which is highly efficient and designed for constant current driving of white LEDs.
