SFM3400 Digital Flow MetersSensirion SFM340 Digital Flow Meters are specially designed for neonatal/pediatric medical applications to precisely measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and other non-aggressive gases. These meters provide a calibrated flow rate of ±33 standard liters per minute (SLM), low pressure drop, and small dead space (<1ml). The flow meters are based on CMOSens® technology, which is integrated with the sensor element. Sensirion SFM340 Digital Flow Meters measure the breathing flow rate of the inhalation and exhalation of patients and are suitable for the ventilation of infants and neonates.
