LPC18xx 32-Bit ARM Cortex™-M3 MCUs NXP Semiconductors LPC18xx series 32-bit ARM Cortex™-M3 microcontrollers are the industry's fastest Cortex-M3 MCUs with processor frequencies of up to 180MHz. LPC18xx MCUs are manufactured using the same ultra-low leakage 90nm technology as LPC4300 series Cortex-M4 MCUs and are also pin- and software-compatible with many same key features. NXP LPC1830 and LPC1850 MCUs feature advanced peripherals, such as Ethernet, High Speed USB 2.0 Host/OTG/Device, LCD controller, and CAN 2.0B.
