NCP109x PoE-PD Interface Controller onsemi NCP109x PoE-PD Interface Controllers are members of the high power HIPO™ PoE-PD product family and integrate an IEEE 802.3af PoE-PD interface controller. The NCP109xx family provides detection, classification, under-voltage lockout, inrush and operational current limit, and more. The onsemi NCP1091 offers programmable under-voltage while the NCP1092 provides an auxiliary pin for applications supporting auxiliary supplies. The NCP109x PoE-PD Interface Controllers are ideal for a variety of applications, including wireless access points, VOIP products, and IP cameras.
