SFM3119 Low Pressure Drop Digital Flow MeterSensirion SFM3119 Low Pressure Drop Digital Flow Meter features a sixth-generation silicon sensor chip and provides a temperature-compensated flow measurement. This device is designed for mass flow measurement in ventilators. It accurately measures the flow rate of air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases. A specially designed flow channel provides a low pressure drop through the flow body of the sensor, making it ideal for medical ventilation and respiratory applications. Sensirion SFM3119 Low Pressure Drop Digital Flow Meter is based on Sensirion's patented CMOSens® technology, which combines a thermal sensor element, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip for fast signal processing.
