AFG2000 Arbitrary / Function Generators

Tektronix AFG2000 Arbitrary / Function Generators are a testing solution for many applications, including electronic design, sensor simulation, education, and system integration. AFG2021 offers 20MHz bandwidth, 14-bit vertical resolution, and 250mS/s sample rate. Other features include 12 built-in standard waveforms, multiple run and modulation modes, and 4 x 128 kS built-in memory and USB memory expansion for user defined waveforms. The AFG2021 is based on the intuitive technology and User Interface of Tektronix AFG3000 series. Two AFG2021 models are available: with standard USB host and device, and with optional GPIB and LAN connectivity. ArbExpress and SignalExpress productivity software programs are included with each unit.
