Analog Devices Inc. AD7091 and AD7091R Ultralow Power 12-Bit ADCs offers ultralow power consumption (typically 349µA at 3V and 1MSPS) while achieving fast throughput rates (1MSPS with a 50MHz SCLK). Operating from a single 2.7V to 5.25V power supply, the part contains a wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 7MHz.
