The ADUM150N1BRZ is a 3KVRMS, 5-channel digital isolator in 16 pin NSOIC package. This 5-channel digital isolator is based on Analog Devices iCoupler technology. Combining high speed, CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 4.5 ns at 5V operation. Channel to channel matching of propagation delay is tight at 4ns maximum. The data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3KVrms. It operates with supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.7V to 5.5V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. DC correctness is ensured in absence of input logic transitions.
