Littelfuse offers numerous products designed for Auxiliary Power Supply, including Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, gate drivers, and TVS diodes. The LSIC1MO170T0750 SiC MOSFET is a 1700V device optimized for high-frequency, high-efficiency applications and features a low 11nC gate charge, low 11.5pF output capacitance, and a low 29Ω gate resistance for high-frequency switching. The IX4351NE gate driver offers an internal negative charge regulator, providing a selectable negative gate drive bias for improved dV/dt immunity and faster turn-off. The TVS diodes include the SMF and 1.5SMC series designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
