C8051F9xx MCUSilicon Laboratories C8051F9xx Low-Voltage, Low-Power MCU is capable of operating down to 0.9V. With an integrated DC-DC converter, the device can operate over the 0.9-1.8V and 1.8-3.6V ranges, supporting both single and dual battery operation. The integrated DC-DC converter can also supply current to external devices to create an entire solution capable of operating off a single battery. The Silicon Laboratories C8051F9xx also comes with 64kB of Flash and 4kB of RAM in a 4x4mm package.
