VLMRGB6112 RGB LEDVishay VLMRGB6112 RGB LED is a high-brightness, tri-color LED designed primarily for interior automotive lighting, RGB displays, and backlights. This SMD LED provides high reliability in a wide -40°C to +110°C temperature range and is AEC-Q101 qualified for use in the automotive industry. The design of the VLMRGB6112 allows independent and individual driving of each chip, also in serial circuits, providing gapless coverage of a wide color space by additive color mixing. Vishay VLMRGB6112 RGB LED is offered in a compact 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.45mm PLCC-6 package.
