HMC586LC4B Wideband Voltage Controlled Oscillators
Analog Devices Inc. HMC586LC4B Wideband Voltage Controlled Oscillators feature small size, low phase noise, low power consumption, and wide tuning ranges. The gallium arsenide (GaAs) Indium gallium phosphide (InGaP) oscillators bring together resonators, negative resistance devices, and varactor diodes. The Analog HMC586LC4 oscillators are ideal for industrial and medical equipment, test and measurement equipment, and military radar. These RoHS-compliant VOCs are 4.1mm x 4.1mm with a low single sideband (SSB) phase noise of -100dBc/Hz @ 100kHz. They operate from a single +5V supply and consume 55mA of current. The devices' Vtune ports accept an analog tuning voltage from 0V to +18V.
