SA6880-S 1200V IGBT Gate Driver
Solantro SA6880-S 1200V IGBT Gate Driver improves performance and ensures long-time in harsh environments. This gate driver is galvanically isolated and incorporates on-chip coreless transformer technology to enable 3.75kV rms input to output isolated voltage and high transient immunity (>50kV/µs). The SA6880-S gate driver offers various integrated IGBT protection functions. These functions include IGBT soft turn-off, Desaturation (DESAT) detection, active miller-current clamp, high side Undervoltage Lockout UVLO protection with feedback, and fault sensing/reporting to system controller. This gate driver features short propagation delay and small timing-skew that helps in achieving optimum performance at higher switching speeds. The SA6880-S gate driver is available in a standard SOIC-16W (wide-body) package that helps it to meet UL isolation, creepage, and clearance requirements. This gate driver is ideal for use in Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS), motor control, UPS, industrial pumps, battery charging systems, and traction inverter applications.
