This includes general electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for CMOS, Bi-Polar, and SiGe-based systems. The KYOCERA AVX StaticGuard automotive series can also be used in CAN and LIN bus communication lines. These compact suppressors offer an axial or SMT/SMD package, ≤18V DC working voltage, and -55°C to +125°C operating temperature with no derating.
