Based on a 1.27mm grid and offered in four different stack heights, the HARTING har-flex Connectors with SMT technology enable designers to bridge PCB distances between 8mm and 13.8mm in mezzanine applications. Featuring high density contact spacing and pin count configurations ranging from 6 to 100 pins in even numbered positions, the har-flex Connectors maximize PCB real estate and achieve overall space savings and cost efficiencies. The robust design includes solder hold downs to ensure a reliable connection to the PCB and help absorb stress on the solders contacts resulting from insertion and removal forces. The HARTING har-flex Connectors provide 100 percent coplanarity testing and standard fitting with pick and place pads that guarantee a simple, fully automatic and assembly of the PCBs.
