W rth Elektronik MagI³C VDMM Variable Step-Down MicroModules are designed as a fully integrated DC-DC power supply including the switching regulator with integrated MOSFETs. The VDMM forced PWM or PFM/PWM mode allows for the choice between high efficiency and a low output voltage at a light load. These VDMMs feature up to 0.6A of output current, 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage, 0.6V to 5.5V output voltage, and 96% peak efficiency. The VDMM power modules are housed in a low-profile 3.2mm x 2.5mm x 1.6mm LGA-6EP package with good thermal performance. These VDMM power modules comply with the low-noise electromagnetic emission norm EN55022 Class B radiated emissions standard.
