MOTIX™ Embedded Power ICs Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ Embedded Power ICs deliver System-on-Chip solutions for motor control applications. The MOTIX ICs are based on an Arm® Cortex®-M integrated on a single die of the 32-bit microcontroller with features of non-volatile flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, and communication interfaces, including CAN-FD. Furthermore, the devices provide the driving stages required for relay, half-bridge, or full-bridge DC and BLDC motor applications. The Infineon MOTIX MCU optimizes user systems with a bridge driver featuring a current controlled output stage, flexible charge- and discharge current settings and several diagnostic functions.
