P02SCT3040KR-EVK-001 Half-Bridge Evaluation Board ROHM P02SCT3040KR-EVK-001 Half-Bridge Evaluation Board is for the evaluation of the SCT3040KR, a 1200V 55A N-Channel SiC Power MOSFET. The evaluation board is based on the most common circuit configuration known as a half-bridge circuit. To obtain appropriate evaluation conditions with simple preparation, this board is equipped with an isolated power supply for the attached driver circuit. The board also includes an overcurrent protection circuit and a gate signal protection circuit.
