TS30011 1MHz Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converters Semtech TS30011 1MHz, 1A Current-Mode Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converters feature fully integrated power switches, internal compensation, and full fault protection. The switching frequency of 1MHz enables the use of small filter components, resulting in reduced board space and BOM costs, Semtech TS30011 utilizes current mode feedback in normal regulation PWM mode. When the regulator is disabled, the device draws less than 10µA quiescent current.
