These AEC-Q101-compliant SiGe rectifiers offer an extended safe-operating area with no thermal runaway up to 175°C, making them ideal for high ambient temperature applications. The SiGe Rectifiers are housed in Clip-Bonded FlatPower (CFP) packages, which feature a solid copper clip for high thermal performance and power dissipation.
