ROHM Semiconductor BDJ0x00AHFV Board Mount Temperature Sensor ICs are thermostat output ICs. The BDJ0x00AHFV ICs come with a built-in temperature detection element, constant current circuit, and a high-accuracy reference voltage source in one chip. These sensor ICs temperature detection can be realized at ±2.5°C accuracy without the need for a complicated design. The BDJ0x00AHFV sensor ICs operate from 2.4V to 5.5V supply voltage range and -30°C to 100°C temperature range. These sensor ICs are suited for portable equipment of micro- and low-current, power down function, and battery drive.
