PI4ULS3V204 Voltage Translators Diodes Incorporated PI4ULS3V204 Voltage Translators are 4-bit bi-directional voltage translators for open-drain and push-pull applications. These voltage translators feature a dual-supply auto-sensing translator that do not require a directional pin. Diodes Incorporated PI4ULS3V204 voltage translators are integrated with 10kΩ pull-up resistors on the I / O lines. These devices feature a 24Mbps data rate for push-pull and a 2Mbps data rate for open-drain applications.
