The series offers a high voltage range of 16V to 25V and a wide capacitance range of 15µF to 150µF in a small surface-mount package with 7.3mm x 4.3mm x 3.0mm dimensions (L x W x H). These capacitors utilize sintered tantalum as an anode system and highly conductive polymer created with Panasonic's unique method as a cathode system. Panasonic TDC POSCAP Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors offer low equivalent series resistance (ESR), superior high-frequency characteristics, high reliability, and heat resistance.
