The SH250-CFast flash memory cards are equipped with a built-in thermal sensor to monitor the temperature of the SSD via S.M.A.R.T commands to prevent overheating. These memory cards guarantee the reliability of applications in harsh environments by implementing intelligent flash management algorithms and Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) ECC engine.
