TCR3RM Low Noise LDO Regulator Toshiba TCR3RM Low Noise Low Dropout (LDO) Regulator achieves industry-leading ripple rejection and ultra-low output voltage noise, making it ideal for supplying power to sensitive ICs, chipsets, and other components which require stable supply. The TCR3RM is offered with output voltages from 0.9V to 4.5V, covering the most popular voltage ranges. The TCR3RM LDO Regulator also features a high 100dB (typical) Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). This enables the device to stabilize high-frequency noise, which comes from external environments or DC-DC converters and can cause malfunctions. Intrinsic output voltage noise has been minimized to just 5µVRMS, and the dropout voltage is just 130mV (typical) at a 2.8V, 300mA output.
