Описание

The Yageo CC series capacitors are Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCC) with Class 2, X7R dielectric material used for general purpose applications. These capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric materials that contains number of interleaved metal electrodes. This structure gives rise to a high capacitance per unit volume. The inner electrodes are connected to the two end terminations and covered with a layer of plated tin (NiSn).

• Ultra small ceramic capacitors with larger capacitance value
• Capacitance value ranging from 100pF to 22µF
• 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812 case sizes available
• DC voltage rating of 6.3V to 50V
• High temperature range of -55°C to 125°C
• Nickel barrier end termination
• Good reliability with qualification of IEC60068
• Available in ±5%, ±10% and ±20% tolerance
