QPC6324 Absorptive High Isolation SPDT SwitchQorvo QPC6324 Absorptive High Isolation Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) Switch is a Silicon on Insulator (SOI) switch designed for high-performance communication systems. This switch offers high isolation with excellent linearity and power-handling. The blocking capacitors are not required for the RF ports unless the voltage is on the RF line. The QPC6324 switch provides a non-reflective design so that the RFX ports are terminated into 50Ω in the off state. This switch is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 4x4mm surface-mount leadless package and is 1.8V logic compatible. Qorvo QPC6324 Absorptive High Isolation Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) Switch applications include 4G/5G wireless infrastructure applications and other high-performance communication systems.
