Murata Power Solutions MGJ1 Isolated 5.2kV DC 1W DC/DC Converters are ideal for powering high-side and low-side gate drive circuits for IGBTs and MOSFETs in bridge circuits. A choice of asymmetric output voltages allows optimum drive levels for best system efficiency. The MGJ1 series is characterized for high isolation requirements commonly seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. The industrial-grade temperature rating and construction give the MGJ1 series a long service life and reinforced insulation (UL 60950 recognized) and are ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 recognized.
