NC2600 PWM/PFM Step-down Switching Regulator ICsNisshinbo NC2600 PWM/PFM Step-down Switching Regulator ICs are low-quiescent current PWM/PFM 2A step-down switching regulator ICs based on Complementary Metal-Oxide semiconductors (CMOS). These switching regulators ICs feature a 2.3V to 5.5V (6.5V) input voltage range, a typical 17µA quiescent current, and a typical 4.0MHz (V SET = 1.8V) switching frequency. The NC2600 PWM/PFM step-down switching regulators ICs are available in WLCSP-8-P11 and DFN2020-8-GT packages. Typical applications include wearable, mobile phones/ smartphones, digital cameras, note-PCs, and IoT devices that require miniaturization and long lifetime battery.
