TB67S128/249/279/289 Stepper Motor Drivers

Toshiba TB67S128/249/279/289 Stepper Motor Drivers feature Active Gain Control (AGC) technology that dynamically boosts the stepper motor driving current overcoming heavy torque conditions and resuming normal in real-time and in open loop designs. The AGC technology saves significant power in stepper motor control. This feature also reduces or eliminates the complex and expensive closed-loop designs. These stepper motor drivers are also equipped with an Advanced Current Detection System (ACDS) sense resistor-less feature that saves additional board space and BOM. The TB67S128/249/279/289FTG are specified as 5.0A, 4.5A, 2.0A, and 3.0A respectively with 10V to 42V motor operating voltage. The components also feature 32-step and 128-step micro-stepping capability that makes them ideal for a wide range of industrial precision motor control applications.
