ADuM4121 Precision Isolated Gate DriversAnalog Devices ADuM4121 Precision Isolated Gate Drivers are 2A isolated, single-channel drivers with iCoupler® technology for precision isolation. The ADuM4121 provide 5kV rms isolation in the wide-body, 8-lead SOIC package. The isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives like the combination of pulse transformers and gate drivers. The drivers combine high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology.
