ZXGD3113W6 MOSFET Controller

Diodes Incorporated ZXGD3113W6 MOSFET Controller is designed to drive a MOSFET configured as an ideal diode replacement. This MOSFET controller consists of a differential amplifier detector stage and a high current driver. The ZXGD3113W6 MOSFET controller applies a positive voltage to the gate pin of the MOSFET when diode conduction is detected. This MOSFET controller keeps the detector output proportional to the drain-source voltage, and the MOSFET is turned off at zero drain current. The ZXGD3113W6 MOSFET controller is suitable for Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM), Critical Conduction Mode (CrCM), and Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) operations. This MOSFET controller operates at a V CC range from 3.5V to 40V.
